On Sunday 19th March we took 17 gymnasts to Notts Gymnastics Academy to compete in their NCAA Invitational Competition. NCAA stands for National Collegiate Athletic Association which is huge in America. We selected to represent LSU (Louisiana State University) Tigers. The girls were asked to embrace the theme and make their own numbers, they produced some very creative numbers.
This was the first competition of 2023 and the girls did a brilliant job to hold their own. They walked away with lots of medals and ribbons to show their hard work.
