ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL UPDATE – FOR JUNIOR, JUNIOR PLUS, JUNIOR PLUS INVITATIONAL AND SENIOR CLASSES

With social distancing measures still in place and the rainy cold months approaching, we have amended our entry and exit procedure to try and help keep the gymnasts stay warm and dry.
On arrival (please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before your session starts), our queue system will remain the same, however the gymnasts can now come into the cabin with their shoes and coats (you will no longer need to take their shoes from them).
We have created allocated spaces for coats and shoes in the log cabin. This has been segregated using the colour teams the gymnasts are placed in.
When the gymnasts finish their session, they will be led 1 group at a time by their coach into the cabin to put their shoes and coats on and will then be dismissed by the coach. Each colour space is at least 1m apart from the other to ensure the gymnasts can maintain social distancing whilst preparing to leave the gym.
Collection will be managed the same way, but from the entrance to the cabin.
To help us be as efficient as possible please could we ask all parents to make sure you are ready to collect your child from the cabin on time and the gymnasts arrive for their session in footwear they are comfortable to take on and off without assistance.
We will be putting this in place from Monday 21st September for all junior, junior plus, junior plus invitational and senior classes.
Thank you for your continued support,
Karl Wade
